Our ISAIAH core team is helping SJA build a relationship with the Latino congregation at Assumption Church so that we may worship, celebrate and collaborate on our justice efforts together. To that end, we invite you to a picnic on Sunday, August 1 at 2:15 pm in the courtyard of Assumption Church at 305 E. 77th St. in Richfield. Bring tableware, food to grill and a dish to pass, and you are also welcome to join in the 1pm Spanish mass there. This is a wonderful and important step in bringing our communities together – please join us! |
