d. New collaborative leadership structure in works: Co-directors- one responsible for northern parishes and one for southern parishes. Northern director will provide more overseeing and organization, while southern director will work more on delegations.
e. Shannon was offered northern director position. Southern position was offered to a Nicaraguan woman who had to decline for health reasons- this position is still open.
f. Louise also mentioned that a December 12th visit is lined up with a Lutheran Church is St. Cloud. Joel and Jenny expressed interest in participating with Louise.
**Northern Assembly meeting in Twin Cities May 5, 6, 7. Need help with housing, food, and rides to and from airport.
**Need to start planning in January for delegation. Date will be discussed at next meeting for additional meeting.
