Louise circulated a sign-up sheet for housing for the St. Joan hosted Northern Board Meeting. Also, there will be a pot luck dinner on Saturday, November 4th for the Board and anybody who wants to come with interest in Sister Parish. Leslie volunteered to coordinate the meals while the Board is here.
At the last meeting Mindy asked for volunteers to take over the chair of the committee. Ross said he'd think about it. Ross decided that he was willing to take over the role, and was elected. Mindy asked for volunteers for Secretary and Katharine volunteered. The committee members present approved.
Louise talked about the Walk for Justice scheduled for September 17th. Mindy is also participating. Donations were sought.
The floor was opened for the delegates recently returning from TN2 to share. Jeff showed an eight minute video he prepared and everyone felt they were back with their friends in TN2. Each of the delegates shared their most significant impression of the delegation and a lively discussion resulted. I couldn't keep up...

Ashley and Claire volunteered to do the homily. We don't know when yet.
The next meeting will be October 4th. A preliminary agenda and reminder will be sent out about a week ahead of the meeting.
