Follow-up from last meeting: No update on Tim calling Bernardo

1. Ministries International Committee coordination issue:

Joel passed out a hard copy of email from Julie Madden again stating how Sister Parish is different: only group that receives budgeted support and exceptions to fund raising rule, only one with full parish involvement, model for other relationships. The IMC is currently brainstorming what/how they'll operate - using Sister Parish as a model. Their next meeting is March 21 - Leslie will continue to represent the Sister Parish committee at these meetings. There is a group going to So. Africa w/Fr. Jim Cassidy on Feb. 13th.

2. Delegation:

• Inasmuch as the final total is 10 persons, there will be ONE delegation (no separate youth group).
• Delegation will be August 4-14, 2006
• Alejandro will be the in-country facilitator/translator for this delegation.
• The reservation $ will be submitted ASAP to hold our dates for this group.
• No SJA parish staff member will go this time as the group is full
• The delegates are: Michael Branigan (leader), Claire Branigan (youth), Leslie Knoblauch, Ashley Magnuson (youth), Chris Reano, Clarence Chaplain, Avis & Clarence Von Eschen, and Rita & Jeff Nohner

3. ISAIAH:

See following email from Susan Sell inviting someone from the Sister Parish Committee to join her.

4. Other:

On 2/25 there is a coffee hour @ Resource Center of The Americas from 10a.m. to Noon. There will be a speaker from Guatemala that day.

5. Calendar:

• on the website only goes through March at this point.
• The Alfombra is April 13th and we need design ideas.
• The Sister Parish International Board Meeting will be hosted by/@ Saint Joan of Arc in October.
