| One does not need to be a senior citizen to begin thinking of the aging process. Eleven people ranging in age from 40 to 70 attended the Storytelling Circle on Wednesday, July 5th. Betsy Horton(a former parishioner) monitored the two hour session with the participants sharing stories of events in their lives. These stories show how people learn to accept changes in their lives and the process of aging, how we feel about it, and how other persons perceive "older" people. Ms. Horton will compile ideas from the event to include in her Master's Thesis in Anthropology at The Univeristy of Arizona (Tucson.) | ![]() |
Ronnie Angelus, of our WebReporting team, created an essay on growing older called The Handbook of Aging. A recommended read for those of us feeling older!
