Meet the Delegates

Fr Juan Rene Kalombo
My name is Juan Rene Kalombo. I'm from the Democratic Republic of Congo. I'm a priest, missionary of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. I have been working in Guatemala for 18 years. I speak French, Spanish, Q'eqchi (Mayan language) and a little bit of English (60%). I lived in Arlington and studied English in Washington DC. I also took a course on psychology in Albany NY. I've been celebrating masses in TN2 for 3 years and have been living in the community since last year.

Alba Rivera
My name is Alba Rivera, married with 3 children and now a new 4 month gran daughter. I belong to different groups: women group, Pilgrims of Jesus, TN2 SP Committee, Choir, St Thomas (Christian Faith Base Community) and Bible Study group with Notre Dame Nuns. I love to talk and share with people, be communicated is very important. I've been living in TN2 for 19 years, with Efrain Juarez ( R.I.P.) we were among the first settlers here in TN2.

Juan Carlos Lopez
My name is Juan Carlos Lopez, married with 3 children and I'm a grandpa now, my granddaughter is 4 months old. I participate in St Thomas (Christian Faith Base Community), I'm the secretary of the group. I love soccer, I have had surgery twice because of accidents but I still play. I also like to swim. I'm the driver of a truck. Together with Alba we were the first generation of the youth group at church. I've been living in TN2 for 18 years.

Alejandro Alfaro Santiz
My name is Alejandro Alfaro, 29, single. I've been working with Sister Parish for 3 years and is the best job I've ever had. Before working for SP I worked as a Forensic Anthropologist, Independent Consultant for International Agencies in the fields of development, monitoring and evaluation of projects, political workshops etc. I did theater for several years, love to act. I studied anthropology and a masters in development. I llike to read, write and travel. And I'm 100% sure that SP is the best way to change the world, step by step but firmly.
