Doesn’t matter where you stay
where you hang or where you live
you have to eat you know
perhaps something through a sieve.
Like a brothy, frothy warm
beefy brew
with veggies, meat or some chicken
it’s too loose to be stew.
It could actually be thick
like chowder with clams
or a watery consistency
made with beans and with hams.
I prefer it when temps
are bitter and cold
but this edible gem
you can’t put on hold.
