Following a packed Seder Meal/Service, two Good Friday Services were held featuring a Contemporary Way of the Cross.

Easter Sunday welcomed parishioners and visitors with 4 morning services.A special Family Mass was held in the church.
Baby animals were a big part of Family Mass, celebrating new life in Jesus and all of nature.Farmer Rick seems to be explaining how to handle animals to Fr. George. You'd figure a North Dakota kid would know this stuff.
Music is a big part of Easter Gym Masses. Regular Jim TenBensel brought his voice and his trombone.Robert Robinson, who celebrated Palm Sunday with us returned on Easter.
Anna Vagle leads the choir during Easter Gym Mass. The 9 and 11 masses had rows of people standing outside the doors of the packed gym to hear, even if they could not see.As part of SJA's Sister Parish relationship, an alfombra(carpet of sawdust) is created each Easter. Fr. George and the musicians lead a processional through the alfombra.

Bill Cameron was a pilot at Northwest Airlines for 32 years until his retirement in June of 2001. Also an attorney, Bill now practices law about half-time. The rest of his time is spent taking pictures (... a serious photography habit), playing tennis, and working on volunteer projects. Bill's wife Connie is an educational consultant and they have three adult sons.
Rita Nohner is a long-time parishioner of SJA and considers St. Joan of Arc her spiritual home. She enjoys being involved in the Bible Study, Soup Suppers, Team Oz and international ministries. Rita's passions are traveling and photography. She and her husband Jeff have a small photography and video business which keeps them both very busy. She can be reached at rita@lifeimagellc.com.
