Jim TenBensel and Joe Chouinard were our leaders in a holiday sing along. FA LA LA LA. Nothing warms the heart more than an old fashion sing along of Christmas music. Jim enhanced us with his knowledge of Christmas trivia. Did you know that Irving Berlin’s song White Christmas iis not in any songbook? The family never gave the rights to the public. FA LA LA LA.
After all the song requests were completed, the luncheon and its festiveness ended. FA LA LA LA. It was a special time, a musical time and a wonderful time with new friends. My husband and I left singing and humming Christmas tunes and feeling oh so very special, like royalty. FA LA LA LA, LA LA LA LA.

See the blazing Yule before us, 
Music was in the air, FA LA LA LA, the holiday spirit abound when about ninety prime timers gathered in the church for Mass on Friday December 10th, 2004. Joe Chouinard played the piano while Father George presided. After Mass, we did a FA LA LA LA flip and all proceeded to Hospitality Hall where music and holiday spirit continued for our luncheon. FA LA LA LA. Royalty comes to mind for how we were treated. Being a prime timer has its perks. This was definitely a luncheon to push away any FA LA LA LA blahs. After a choice of drinks we filled our plates with ultra fine cuisine, melt in your mouth salmon, chicken breasts with slightly tart cranberry sauce, a holiday salad, rolls, and delectable twice baked potatoes, all tasting like heaven to the palate! FA LA LA LA. Servers then came a running with our dessert of lime sherbet and a Christmas cookie. The feeling of royalty continued. FA LA LA LA.
The company was awesome. Every table filled with people enjoying each other. Many were strangers before they arrived and friends when they left. FA LA LA LA.
