Take 35W north to Diamond Lake Road (54th St.) Turn right (east); go to Portland Ave. Turn left and follow Portland Ave. to 46th St. Turn left (west) at 46th St. Proceed three blocks and turn right at 3rd Ave. S Take 394 east. As you approach downtown, take 94 east to 35W south. Take 35W south to 36th St. Turn left at 36th St. One block past 35W, turn right on 3rd Ave. Follow 3rd to 45th St. Take 94 east to 35W south(from NW) or take 35W south(from NE) to 36th St. Turn left at 36th St. One block past 35W, turn right on 3rd Ave. Follow 3rd to 45th St. Take 94 west to 35W south. 46th Street Bridge to Close on April 25
The 46th Street bridge over 35W is scheduled to be demolished the weekend of April 25. The bridge is scheduled to close at 9 am on Friday, April 25. The 46th Street intersections of Stevens Ave and 2nd Ave will remain open; however, the intersections will close once bridge reconstruction begins to impact these areas. The 46th Street bridge is schedule to re-open in summer 2009.

Parking on Sunday mornings at St. Joan of Arc can be a challenge. The gym masses fill to standing room on most Sundays. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of mass. The small lot on 3rd Ave. fills quickly. Many people choose to park on the neighboring streets. Parking all other days is not a problem.

Sunday Morning Registration & Information Office. In the office you may register to become an SJA parishioner; get program information; sign up for a program; and register to volunteer. The office is open after both of our Sunday morning liturgies. The Registration and Information Office is located in the reception area of the Parish Center.
