This plan allows both you and SJA to plan budgets. To sign up for or change your APP plan, mail this form to St. Joan of Arc; 4537 3rd Ave. S.; Mpls, MN; 55419. You may also request that an APP form be mailed to you by emailing Nancy McPherson, nmcpherson@stjoan.com. APP forms may also be picked up in the Parish Center office.

- Drop a Check or Cash in the Collection Basket: You may also request that collection envelopes be mailed to you by contacting Nancy McPherson, nmcpherson@stjoan.com.
- Donate Stock to SJA: To donate stock have your broker contact Fidelity Investments at 952-831-8595, Fidelity's DTC number is 0226. Give them SJA's account number 163-206849 and the transfer can take place.
