Note: Both coaches should log in after every game to enter the score and pitcher's pitch count. The first coach inputs the score, the second checks for accuracy. Any discrepancies should be settled between the coaches. Report problems to your league director. Before you can enter any game scores, you must have completed filling in your Roster page. This page opened in a new window. Keep it open. Using the original window, go back to the sayb.org homepage and click "Login" in the upper left hand corner.
Log into site using the website login you registered your child with: i.e. myusername, mypassword If you have forgotten your login, use the "Login Help" instructions on the right of the login screen.
Once logged in, click on Teams, in the top navigation bar.... then your league in the left navigation table and ... your team in the new left navigation table.
Once you are on your team's page, you have the ability to edit/change content here. To enter scores you must click "Edit Mode" near the upper right hand corner.
Scroll down your page to your team calendar. All games will have been entered in for you. Click on the game you wish to report the score of. Click "View Full Calendar" if the game has already passed.
Click "Edit Game" and a popup window will open.
On the new popup window, go to the bottom of the window and change the pulldown menu from "Scheduled" to "Completed". Do not touch anything above the pull down menu. When you change the pull down menu to "Completed", a place to enter the Game Score will appear below it.
Enter the score of the game in the new pulldown menus. Click "Save and Enter Game Stats".
You can enter the inning by inning scores if you wish, but it is optional. However, coaches must enter the number of pitches thrown by each pitcher on both teams during the game. Click on the tab for each team and enter the pitch count for all pitchers.
Both coaches should check the website the night of each game for score and pitch count for all pitchers. It is your duty, or that of an assigned parent, to enter the data the night of the game. When you are done, click "Save Game Stats".
